LifeSpan publishes a code list for its treadmills and treadmill desks. Most codes have a first step of powering off and on; E1 and AC/DC-4 are the two that usually point at maintenance rather than a part.
Leading zeros, dashes and spacing do not matter: E01, E-1 and E1 find the same row.
Manufacturer-documented Meaning taken from a manufacturer manual or support page. Reported Consistent owner and technician reports; the manufacturer has not published this code. Confirm with them if it matters.
