We are a small, independent publication and we read every message. Replies usually take a few days.
Report a problem with a guide
This is the most useful message you can send us. Please include:
- the link to the guide
- your equipment brand and exact model (usually on a label near the power inlet or under the console)
- what you tried, and what happened — including any error code exactly as displayed
We correct guides when a report shows something is wrong or unclear, and the guide’s “Updated” date changes when we do.
Request a guide
If your model or symptom is not covered, tell us the brand, model and the exact symptom or code. Requests are prioritised by how many people ask and by how much manufacturer documentation is available to research the fault properly.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what personal data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email contact@fixdecoded.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (very little) and your rights. You can change your cookie choices at any time from the Cookie Policy page or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
What we cannot do
We cannot diagnose an individual machine by email, provide live repair support, or tell you whether a specific repair is safe for you to carry out. For that, contact the manufacturer’s support line or a qualified service technician. Our Disclaimer explains why.

If you believe a guide misrepresents your product or documentation, or if you have a copyright concern, email contact@fixdecoded.com with the guide URL and the specific issue. We respond to substantiated concerns promptly.
